July has been a month of astrological upheaval and this week saw the spectacular Total Eclipse of the Sun. My good friend the Irish writer, artist and coach Ann McDonald has come up with a wonderful book to inspire your day. She calls it the little book of good news and emotional Sunflower Seeds and has very kindly offered a preview copy to download for my readers. Each page has a seed for your imagination, a thought for your day, or little piece of happiness and she says you can read it back to front, front to back, upside down or in any other way I imagine.
